This occasion provides an opportunity to highlight the expertise of our professionals. Catherine Bibicheva joined the Jeddah Tower project during its initial and most critical phase. During this period, our team was establishing operational workflows and building effective collaboration with the engineering divisions of Saudi Binladin Group (SBG) and multiple subcontractors under demanding schedules.
Her deployment coincided with severe weather conditions, including record rainfall in Jeddah in December 2025. Ms. Bibicheva demonstrated exceptional professionalism in navigating these early operational challenges, playing a key role in establishing a robust and efficient workflow on site.
The increasing participation of women in major construction projects also reflects the broader socio-economic transformation underway in Saudi Arabia under Vision 2030.
